Approximately a 100 mile motorcycle ride to benefit servicemen and women deployed overseas.  All proceeds will be benefit the USO Fort Drum.  Please complete the contact us form, and include your shirt size(s), and then click on add to cart button(s) for driver or rider, you will be taken to the checkout page, and your payment will be secure and processed through Pay Pal.  Once you complete the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email, showing your purchase total.  This is your receipt.   Please read the following waiver, before completing your transaction.  

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

 In consideration of my being permitted to participate in the 16th Annual “Troop Ride” motorcycle ride on Saturday, July 22, 2023(the “Event”), I hereby waive, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and/or assigns, all claims against the Troop Ride, the United Service Organizations, Inc. (“USO”), and each of their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, independent contractors, sponsors, volunteers, and Event coordinators (if any), arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the Event. By this document, I represent that I am fully aware of the dangers and hazards associated with riding motorcycles. I certify that I am properly licensed, insured, and competent to operate a motorcycle in a safe manner and that the vehicle I will be riding is in safe operating condition. I will be riding on public highways and, as such, am solely responsible to determine the speed and operational character of my motorcycle while riding during the Event. I hereby release and hold harmless the Troop Ride, the USO, and each of their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, independent contractors, and sponsors (if any) from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, demands, or any other liability of any kind arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the Event.  I certify that I have no known physical or mental impairment that may affect my safety or the safety of the Event participants. I am responsible for my compliance with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, those regarding helmets and road safety. I further certify that I am not currently and shall not be under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol or other substance that may impair my judgment during the Event. I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability (“Waiver”), fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue Troop Ride and USO under certain circumstances.  I acknowledge that I am signing this Waiver freely and voluntarily.  The term of this Waiver is indefinite.
